All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement.  Orders placed after 9am EST will be processed on the following business day.

Please review your order carefully and check (and double check!) for spellings in all shipping fields prior to selecting and confirming your order. If you are utilizing Amazon Pay or Shopify Pay, please note that your saved shipping address and payment option may be outdated.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and shopping cart information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds, exchanges, and/or replacement shipments will not be issued on the basis of an inaccurate address or incorrectly ordered item. Woolino is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

USA customers:

US orders with the FREE Standard option (orders over $49 USD) are shipped with a FREE UPGRADE to 2-3 business day service.  A low cost, 2-DAY expedited shipping service to the contiguous USA is available for a small, additional fee.

Express shipping (1-2 business days) is also available at additional cost.  Please put your item(s) in the cart to see the cost at checkout.

Please note - there is no mail service available on U.S. federal holidays. An additional business day may be added to your shipping timeframe if your delivery period includes a federal holiday.

Canadian customers:

Please visit to place an order in local CAD currency to get your order shipped from Canadian warehouse.

International customers:

International orders over 1 pound are shipped with Fedex International Priority Express (1-3 business days service) starting at only $19.99. International orders under 1 pound are shipped with USPS International First Class (1-4 weeks service) for a flat fee of $11. 

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that you may have to pay ahead of delivery once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.



We feel confident that we offer products that are of the highest quality and that you will love them. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products purchased directly from Woolino for a low flat fee* (USA and Canada orders only) within 30 days from the date of the purchase. 

Items should be in new condition, not washed, and with original packaging. Please fill out our online return form to initiate the return process.  We will respond within one business day of your request.

Returns on comforters and pillows:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Due to bedding law regulations and our standards, any comforter or pillow that has been opened and used may not be resold and is not returnable. 

*Return handling fees per order:
$5 – Sleep bags, blankets, clothing, pillows, lambskins, crib comforters.
$20 – Twin, queen and king comforters
The return handling fee will be subtracted from your refund.  Please email with any questions.
All return shipping costs for international orders (except Canada) are the buyer's responsibility.  

Exchange requests will be honored without a handling fee, and the order total will be refunded as a store credit that can be used towards a new purchase.


Woolino products are protected by an industry-leading warranty against manufacturer's defects. 

Woolino sleep bags come with one year warranty on zippers and snaps, and 6-months warranty on the rest of the product. Woolino merino wool clothing, blankets, and sleepwear come with a 3-months warranty from the date of purchase. Damage that occurs after this period is usually caused by wear and tear.  Products found to be defective will be replaced at our discretion and Woolino reserves the right to make the determinations as to the use of this policy.

Shrinkage and pilling are not covered by the warranty, please follow Care Instructions carefully to ensure you get the best possible wear from your garment. If you find your product to be defective, please contact us at and include your garment purchase date and order number.
